Processing time

Hello, and thank you for visiting my store!  

I run this shop entirely on my own—creating the content, printing it, and personally handling all orders and shipments. Besides managing the store, I’m also responsible for a lively little shepherd dog, working in a collective gallery in Berlin, selling my art in person, and balancing everything in between.  

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding with shipping times. Occasionally, I print items on demand specifically for your order, which may take a bit of extra time.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Return period: Consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days after receiving them, without needing to provide a reason.

  • Notice of withdrawal: The consumer must inform the seller of their decision to cancel the order, typically via a form or email.

  • The customer may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. However, if the item shows wear and tear beyond reasonable use, the seller may deduct a portion of the refund.

  • Refund: The seller is required to refund the full amount, including the standard initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that the product has been shipped back.
